“Our outside deck was badly in need of repair and because it had been built by the previous owners, on top of the garage. it presented a variety of challenges.
Because of the joists underneath the deck were deteriorating the integrity of the sealant underneath the deck was causing water to pour into our house during every rain storm . We literally were having to place numerous tarps and buckets to catch the rain.
We had over 20 different contractors come to the house to look at the deck and bid on the repairs… One contractor promised the world, met with us only to come back weeks later and confess that the funding they promised failed.
1 year later, another contractor… came out and again promised to do the job and after 3 months of delays… admitted to us that his workers had quit on him and he had been making up excuses and lies hoping to keep our project until he could eventually hire a new crew… Now 3 years later we’ve finally had an awesome contractor step up and exceed our expectations and then some!!!
AB Graffius Contractors stepped in and quickly came out to the house… analyzed what needed done and provided not only a solution but had the estimate ready in just a few days. The owner, Chris really showed empathy for what we had gone through with the previous contractors, and worked quickly and both her and her foreman, Zack took their time and treated us not like a customer, but family since day one.
Communication throughout was excellent, the owner kept in touch every day, came out on site and continued to make sure we were happy with the project as it progressed. Again, we were treated like family and when we identified some things we had concerns about, they listened and did what they needed to make sure we were happy.
The crew that she used from their Foreman, Zack all the way down were professional, very skilled and you could see the pride they took in their work. They were on time EVERYDAY and even worked in a couple downpours in rain gear to make sure they stayed on schedule. This was amazing!!
The final results are a reflection of this review and I’ve attached pictures to back this up.
